CIRCLE THESE DATES
1/29 vs. Bellarmine: For the second straight season, Bellarmine and Mercer kick off the entire college lacrosse season in January! Hopefully this year the game is officially streamed by Mercer. Every college lacrosse game should be streamed this day and age. The Bears lost both meetings to the Knights last year, who are now members of the ASUN.
2/15 vs. Jacksonville (in Savannah, GA), 4/23 at Jacksonville: Mercer also played Jacksonville twice last season, losing both matchups. The first was a nonconference showdown in Savannah, Georgia with the Dolphins winning in overtime on an Evan Tyler goal. The second meeting was a blowout, with Jacksonville up 10-2 at the half. The SoCon meeting will be of more importance again, as the Bears would like to beat the Dolphins and perhaps take the third seed in the SoCon Tournament.
2/19 at Cleveland State: These two teams have met each year since 2018, with Mercer leading the short series 3-1. But the games have been competitive, including a 10-9 win last year in Macon.
